3^rd Workshop & Advisory Board Meeting

The last yearly  H2020 BETTER project workshop took place at the SatCen premises in Torrejón (near Madrid) on 27th and 28th February 2020. Representatives from Challenge Owners (EU SatCen, World Food Programme and ETH Zurich) met technical members of the project consortium (DEIMOS Space UK, Fraunhofer IAIS, TerraDue, DEIMOS Engenharia Portugal) to explore, discuss and agree on a set of User-Stories that can be transferred from the second cycle of challenges.

The Final Advisory Board meeting took place right after the workshop.  Board members in attendance were Florian Serban (Terrasigna / BDVA EO sub-group lead), Cristiano Lopes (ESA) and Geoff Sawyer (EARSC).  Members (shown in a group photo with the consortium members present, below) were presented with the new user-stories generated in the third and last BETTER workshop. Questions and feedback were answered and are being addressed to improve the user-stories ahead of the pipeline development.
